We take all our animals there when we need a good team for troubleshooting. The entire staff is also very friendly and welcoming! It is our favorite animal hospital in the Anchorage area.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, all the way from the team up front to the techs, and Dr. Wert! Our fur family, especially Mittens, will forever be customers here on out. You guys made us very comfortable, felt welcomed, and our pets had very quality and compassionate care. Thank you VCA east!! 🐾💓

My orange cat quickly got comfortable here so they get a 5 star for me

This place is awesome! Staff are super friendly and very helpful, they even take the time to reach out after each appointment and make sure my kitty’s are ok! They work with our schedule and even have an app. If you sign up for their emailing list they include fun facts about your pet and ways to keep them safe in the summer and winter. They make sure you are up to date with vaccines and even send reminders. this place is truly 5/5 stars!
